Tenerife Conclave No 3, re-Constituted
The Most Worthy Grand Supreme Ruler accompanied by the Deputy and other Grand Officers, Consecrated the “Seal of Soloman” Conclave No. 8, at Av. de Dos Hermanes, Seville on Saturday 29th January 2011. The GSR proceeded to Install Wy.Bro. D.B. Austin as the first Supreme Ruler of the Conclave.

The Scarlet Cord Conclave of Iberia No. 4, carried out the second Third Degree of the Order on Friday 18th March.
The Most Worthy Grand Supreme Ruler accompanied by the Deputy and other Grand Officers consecrated the Unity Conclave No. 7, the M.Wy. GSR then installed W. Bro. S.H. Lewis as the first Supreme Ruler of the Conclave.

Justice, Tuesday 2nd February 2010
Brethren, the ruling today from the Justice was that every correctly registered Association, registered with the Ministry of Interior is the only legal entity when claiming the rights of an Association.
In the last week, we have had Brethren of the District Order of the Secret Monitor and the Grand Conclave of the Order of the Secret Monitor of Spain, Iberia and its Districts, bullied and threatened that if they are members of an association, they will be investigated and measurers could be taken against them.
The whole reason one belongs to an Association in Spain is to stop such tactics as being bullied or threatened, also no one can go around claiming he is the District Grand Supreme Ruler designate without the permission of the Association.
The person claiming to be the District Grand Supreme Ruler Designate is Not a member of the Association and therefore has no rights whatsoever, and no Conclave can be opened on his instruction without the authority of the Grand Recorder of the Grand Conclave of the Order of Secret Monitor of Spain.
I really suggest to those who have been bullied and threatened to go and see their own lawyer, who will confirm the above as correct.
The lawyer acting for the Grand and District Grand Conclave of the Order of the Secret Monitor of Spain has all the names of those bullied and threatened and will be taking up the matter for our members as instructed by the Association.

The Most Worthy Grand Supreme Ruler accompanied by Grand Officers consecrated the Semper Fidelis Conclave, on Thursday 11th February, Installing Wy.Bro. J.A. Menéndez as the first Supreme Ruler.
On Saturday 27th February the second Consecration will take place of "Unity Conclave No 7" further details will be given by the Grand Recorder.

Dear Brethren
I would like to thank you, for your support over these last few months which have been rather strenuous to say the least.
It has been a very important part of the history of Freemasonry in Spain which you all have a part. You are all aware that a petition was sent to the Order of Secret Monitor of England from seven of the eight Conclaves formally of the District of Spain to have constituted our own Grand Conclave of the Order of Secret Monitor.
On the 22nd January the new Grand Conclave of Spain was officially formed and opened being properly registered with the Ministry of Interior in Madrid.
We feel that the future is bright with a number of new Conclaves of the Order to be Consecrated starting in February with the first new Conclave.
We have noted that a person now calling himself the District Grand Supreme Ruler is emailing or contacting members of our Order saying he will be ruling the Order from now on. As most intelligent members of the Order realize the registered Association is in the name of the President, Secretary, Treasurer and vocal members. The person calling himself the new District Grand Supreme Ruler is not a member of the Association and therefore has no rights whatsoever.
Brethren, the right path of Peace in Freemasonry is now in sight, I am sure none of us wish to have more problems in Freemasonry which has been demonstrated in the past seven years by certain Brethren including the person now calling himself something that he is not..

The next meeting of The Scarlet Cord Conclave of Iberia No 512 will meet at the Masonic Hall Javea on Friday 19th March 2010 at 11.30 where qualified Brethren will be able to carry out the first and second degrees of this Order. On Saturday 19th January 2008, The District Grand Conclave Consecrated the New Scarlet Cord Conclave No. 512 at the Masonic Hall, Javea.
The Grand Supreme Ruler, R.Wy. Bro. Ian L. Hutchinson carried out the Consecration assisted by District Grand Conclave Officers.
